We developed a customized solution for a Traffic Count-Down Timer Board,. This board is built on a robust Renesas microcontroller unit (MCU), which ensures high reliability and performance in demanding environments. Additionally, it incorporates a powerline signaling conversion frontend that allows for seamless communication over existing power lines, eliminating the need for additional wiring infrastructure.
This advanced data logger enables multi-protocol data logging capabilities in a compact footprint of just 40x60mm. The device features an industrial-grade input power supply range, supports user cofigurable RS232 and RS485 communication protocols, and is equipped with WiFi functionality and a 12dB high-gain external antenna. It also includes two isolated digital inputs and a hardware encryption chip for enhanced data security. Currently, the device is being used in the pharmacy sector.
The latest advanced product on our bucket list features EMI/EMC compatible hardware and PCB design, an STM32 MCU, and RTOS operation. It includes 10 isolated AC output channels, along with 2 digital and 2 analog industrial-grade inputs. Additionally, it supports Bluetooth 5.0 and has a 4G communication module. While it is primarily used for irrigation automation, it can also be adapted for various types of automation tasks.
The plant prototype was created for a customer based in Pune. A highly detailed 3D printed model represents the showcase version. Every fine detail is meticulously printed. We utilized various 3D printing technologies, along with customized painting, assembly, and a glass cover for the final showcase.
